Abstract
U današnje vrijeme postavljaju se sve veći zahtjevi u proizvodnji papira za pisanje kao i onih koji se upotrebljavaju kao tiskovne podloge. Prvenstveno se žele postići fizikalno – kemijske karakteristike koje omogućavaju kvalitetan ispis, odnosno otisak. Osim vlakanaca celuloze u papire kao tiskovne podloge dodavaju se komponente organskog i anorganskog porijekla koje imaju ulogu punila, keljiva, bojila, veziva… Kako je životni ciklus iskorištenog papira relativno kratak nastoje se vlakanca iskoristiti za proizvodnju recikliranih papira. Svi aditivi otežavaju postupak reciklacije. Poznato je kako se premaz tiskovnih podloga teško uklanja iz papirne kaše. Stoga se u ovom radu ispitivao utjecaj vodikovog peroksida na Fedrigoni premazane tiskovne podloge, glos i mat. Mijenjana je koncentracija vodikovog peroksida, vrijeme i brzina miješanja. Nakon obrade određen je gubitak mase i udio kalcij karbonata. Načinjene su dvije grupe ispitivanja koje se razlikuju po načinu obrade, sa i bez ispiranja namakanog uzorka u destiliranoj vodi.

Abstract in english: | Nowadays there is an increasing requirement in quality production of writing paper as well as printing paper. The main priority is to achieve physical -chemical characteristics which will give us the best quality of printing. Except cellulose fibers in a paper coat there are many other organic and inorganic compounds that are added in the paper coat. They have a role of fillers, adhesives, pigments, binders, etc… The life-cycle of used paper is relatively short. Therefore, the fibers are often reused or recycled in the paper production. But, all the above mentioned added compounds in the paper coat make paper recycling more complicated. Namely, it is well known that the coat papers are hard to remove from paper pulp. Therefore, in this thesis the research is conducted that is focused on analyzing the influence of hydrogen peroxide on Fedrigoni coated print paper in gloss and mat forms. The research is conducted by changing concentration of hydrogen peroxide, time and velocity of mixing. Afterwards, a loss of mass and percentage of calcium carbonate are measured. The two groups of analysis are done. One group of analysis was with rinsing the soaked sample with distilled water and the other group was without rinsing. |
