Abstract

Ofsetni tisak danas je najzastupljenija tehnika tiska čija je upotreba u stalnom porastu. Razvojem tehnologije u zadnjih 30 godina, te implementacijom znanstvenih metoda mjerenja i kontrole boja znatno se povećala kvaliteta tiska. Eksploatacijom tehničkih mogućnosti i obrazovanjem visokostručnih kadrova odreĎuju se optimalni parametri, kojima se u okviru standarda postiţe kvalitetna reprodukcija. Prirast rastertonskih vrijednosti svojim veličinama daje mogućnost preciznog očitavanja i odrţavanje nivoa kvalitete kroz cijelu nakladu. U teoretskom dijelu ofsetni tisak je obraĎen kroz poglavlja logičkim redom; od podjele ofsetnih strojeva, izrade tiskovne forme, parametara koji utječu na kvalitetu tiska te do deformacija rasterskih elemenata. U eksperimentalnom djelu na temelju mjerenja i kalibracije krivulja prirasta rastertonske vrijednosti (RTV) proučava se utjecaj prirasta rastertonske vrijednosti na kvalitetu reprodukcije. Obzirom na korištene tiskovne podloge, dobivena su neka saznanja i zaključci u vezi praktičnih problema koji se javljaju u tisku. Istraţivanje se radilo u tehnici ofsetnog tiska iz arka u tisku ambalaţe.

Abstract in english:	The offset print is a most frequently used technique of graphic print today and its usage is on a constant rise. With the development of technology during last 30 years and the implementation of scientific methods of measuring and color control, the quality of print has significantly increased. Optimal parameters are determined by using modern technical possibilities and education of highly expert staff, with which a quality reproduction is accomplished. Growth of raster tone value in its proportion assures the possibility of precise reading and maintaining of the same level of quality in all of the circulation. The theoretical part of this graduation paper is focusing on technology of offset print following a logical sequence of the process itself; from the division of types of printing machines, making of print form, parameters which affect quality of print, right up to deformation of raster elements. Experimental part is focusing on determination of the influence of increase of raster tone value on the quality of print reproduction via measurements and equilibration of growth curve raster tone value (RTV). Depending on type of used printing substrate, certain discoveries and conclusions are made referring to practical problems which frequently occurred during printing process. This research was made using the technique of sheet-fed offset press using for package printing.
