Abstract
Trodimenzionalni tisak jedna je od tehnologija brze izrade prototipa (RP, eng. rapid prototyping). Osnovni materijali su u obliku praha i veziva (boje). Princip rada temelji se na tehnici standardnog ink jet tiska kojim se boja nanosi na sloj praha. Pri tome boja djeluje kao vezivo kojim se čestice praha međusobno sljepljuju. Objekt nastaje uzastopnim tiskanjem određenog broja slojeva. Slikovna analiza jedna je od tehnika koja se često koristi u različitim granama industrije i istraživanja. Odlikuju je jednostavnost korištenja, prilagodljivost i široka dostupnost različitih softverskih rješenja. U ovome radu slikovna analiza rađena je besplatnim i prilagodljivim kompjuterskim programom ImageJ. Korištena je za praćenje interakcije materijala u trodimenzionalnom ink jet tisku. U tu svrhu izrađena je testna pločica u obliku kvadra određene debljine koja na jednoj strani ima formu s određenim brojem elemenata. Prilikom tiska, međusobno jednake testne pločice smještene su u različite položaje u prostoru, te se slikovnom analizom pratila reprodukcija elemenata, tj. interakcija materijala.

Abstract in english: | Three-dimensional ink jet printing is one of rapid prototyping (RP) techniques and is the only based on conventional ink jet printing as it is known in printing technology. The object is built by consecutive layers solidified by reaction between basic materials, powder and binder (ink). Image analysis is one of techniques which is often used in a large number of industries and research areas. It is a relatively simple method to use, as well as versatile and easily adaptable to different uses. In this work, image analysis was done by using free and open source software ImageJ. It was utilized for evaluation of material interaction in three-dimensional ink jet printing. For this purpose, a test plate was constructed in a form of a square of defined thickness with a test target consisting of a number of elements placed on one of its surfaces. A number of test plates were placed in different positions relative to the x, y and z planes. |
