Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istražene su mogućnosti dubokog tiska, koliko se njegova tehnologija s vremenom usavršila i poboljšala. U radu ćemo prikazati kako se na različiti materijalima u dubokom tisku može postići visoka kvaliteta otisaka. Duboki tisak je tisak s puno većim volumenima boje. To otiscima daje briljantan izgled i povećava opseg reprodukcije što je jedan od najčešćih razloga zbog čega kupci preferiraju duboki tisak. Veći utrošak boje može se kompenzirati nižom cijenom u odnosu na boje s povećanim sadržajem pigmenta. Glavni pravci promjena su prema povećanju produktivnosti izrade formi, smanjenju težine cilindra i olakšane montaže. Produktivnost se povećala uvođenjem gravirnih glava većih brzina i uvođenjem direktne laserske gravure. Izrada valjaka u "sleeve" tehnologiji doprinijela je nižim troškovima transporta, lakšem i jeftinijem skladištenju kao i mogućnosti montaže direktno na stroju.

Abstract in english: In this graduate work we have explored the possibility of deep print and how much has the technology perfected itself over time and improved. Through the work we will show to achieve a high quality with different materials. Deep printing is the printing press with much larger volume of paint. This of course gives us a brilliant image and increases the reproduction wich is one of the most reasons why the custemers prefer deep print. Higher cosumption of paint is to compensate the lover price refarding to the colors with pigment content. The main changeing directions are to increase productivaty of creating forms, to reduce the weight of the cylinders and to relief cylinder assembly. The productivity is increased by introducing larger engraving speed heads and the introduction of direct lasers engraving. Development of cylinders in the "sleeve" technology greatly contributes to lower cost of transport, easier and cheaper cylinder storage as a possibility of mounting directly in the machine.
