Abstract
Trodimenzionalni ink jet tisak jedna je od tehnologija brze izrade prototipova (RP eng. rapid prototyping). 3D ink jet tisak baziran je na konvencionalnom ink jet procesu tiska, uobičajenom u grafičkoj tehnologiji. Kao osnovni materijali koriste se prah (umjesto dvodimenzionalne podloge) i tekuće vezivo (kao boja). Objekti nastaju stvrdnjavanjem uzastopnih slojeva, presjeka objekta. Tehnika slikovne analize primjenjuje se u raznim znanstvenim područjima. Odlikuju je jednostavnost korištenja, prilagodljivost i široka dostupnost različitih softverskih rješenja. U području grafičke tehnologije koristi se, među ostalim, za praćenje interakcije materijala prilikom tiska. U radu smo pratili reprodukciju elemenata na površinama 3D ink jet otiska, otisnutih s različitim postavkama tiska, putem slikovne analize uzoraka snimljenih mikroskopom. Slikovna analiza rađena je besplatnim i prilagodljivim kompjuterskim programom ImageJ. Slikovna analiza koristan je alat za analizu i praćenje interakcije materijala u 3D ink-jet tisku i za analizu reprodukcije elemenata na površinama 3D otisaka, posebno zbog mogućnosti razvoja vlastitih rutina.

Abstract in english: | Three-dimensional ink jet printing is one of the rapid prototyping (RP) techniques. 3D ink jet printing is based on conventional ink jet printing, used in graphic technology. Basic materials are powder (instead of a 2D substrate) and binder (instead of ink). The objects are built by hardening of the consecutive layers of powder and binder, which are cross-cuts of a 3D model. Image analysis is a technique that is widely used in various scientific fields. Generally, image analysis is relatively easy to use, the routines can be customized and various software solutions are available. In the field of graphic technology, it is often used for monitoring of interaction of printing materials. The diploma thesis deals with monitoring of reproduction of elements on surface of 3D prints printed with different printing preferences, by using the image analysis of samples captured by the microscope. Image analysis was done using free and easily adaptable software ImageJ. Image analysis is a useful tool for analysis and monitoring of interaction of materials in 3D printing and analysis of reproduction of elements on 3D prints surfaces, especially as custom made routines are easily developed. |
