Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je detaljno prikazan i objašnjen cjelokupan proces izrade 3D ink-jet modela. Također je sažeto opisan generalni procesni tok brze izrade prototipova, kao i tehnološki okvir procesa. 3D ink-jet tisak jedna je od tehnologija brze izrade prototipova. 3D ink-jet tisak baziran je na konvencionalnom ink-jet procesu tiska, uobičajenom u grafičkoj tehnologiji. Kao osnovni materijali koriste se prah (umjesto 2D podloge) i tekuće vezivo (kao boja). Objekti nastaju stvrdnjavanjem uzastopnih slojeva, presjeka objekta. 3D tisak u boji relativno je nedavno predstavljen na tržištu. Kod 3D tiska u boji, koloranti se nalaze u vezivu. Primjenom osnovnih boja CMY (K) i na temelju suptraktivne sinteze, moguće je otisnuti puni spektar boja. Konačan doživljaj boje 3D objekta ovisan je o mnogim parametrima. Stoga, testne pločice boja ili 3D objekti boja su koristan alat pred-vizualizacije. U diplomskom radu je, upravo na izradi jednog 3D objekta prikazan procesni tok brze izrade prototipova.

Abstract in english: | In this diploma thesis, the 3D printing process flow is described and explained in detail. Moreover, general process flow of rapid prototyping is described, as well as the process technology framework. 3D ink-jet printing is one of the rapid prototyping technologies. It is based on conventional ink-jet printing principle, commonly used in graphic technology. Basic materials are powder (instead of 2D substrate) and binders (as inks). The models are created by selective hardening of consecutive layers, object cross-cuts. 3D color printing has been recently introduced to the market. In 3D color printing, the colorants are part of the binder. By application of basic process colors, CMY(K), and based on the subtractive synthesis, the full spectrum of colors can be produced. The final color appearance of 3D object is dependant on many parameters. Therefore, color test plates and models are useful pre-visualization tools. The diploma thesis describes the process flow of 3D printing on realization of 3D color models. |
