Abstract
Na kvalitetu grafičkih otisaka utječu mnogi faktori, među kojima je i gamut. Činjenica je da ljudsko oko vidi vrlo širok spektar boja - veći je nego što skeneri i kamere mogu "vidjeti" i mnogo je širi nego što monitori i izlazni uređaji mogu "pokazati". Svaki od tih uređaji reproducira boje drugačije. Svaki od njih doista govore nekim drugim jezikom. Color Management djeluje kao sustav prevođenja i pronalazi zajednički jezik. Razvojem grafičke tehnologije, postalo je jasno da je mjernim sustavima bila potrebna bolja ravnoteža informacija, tako da je razmak između boja bio oblikovan da postane dosljedan i uravnotežen. Istraživanja koja su provedena u ovom diplomskom radu orijentirana su na utvrđivanje i međusobno uspoređivanje gamuta u digitalnim tehnikama tiska kod ink-jeta, elektrofotografije i termografije. Za potrebe istraživanja, izrađeni su testni uzorci te na osnovi informacija dobivenih spektrofotometrijskim mjerenjem za svaki od tri uzorka te izrade ICC profila, konstruirani su pojedinačni i usporedni prikazi gamuta.

Abstract in english: | The fact is the human eye sees a very wide range of colors – wider than scanners and cameras can “see” and much wider than any monitors and printers can “show”. Each of these devices reproduces color differently. They truly each speak a different language. Colour Management acts as the translation system and finds a common language or vision. Research that has been conducted in this graduation paper is oriented on determining and mutually comparing the gamut in digital printing technologies with ink-jet, electrophotography and thermography. For the purpose of research, test samples were made, and based on the information provided by spectrophotographic measurements for each of the three samples, with the production of ICC profiles, single and comparitive representations of gamut was made. |
