Abstract

Zahvaljujući progresivnom razvoju novih tehnologija, a poglavito informatičke tehnologije gotovo da nema područja ljudske aktivnosti koja se u zadnjih petnaest godina nije promijenila iz korijena. Jedno od područja koje je zasigurno najviše pogođeno informatičkom revolucijom je grafika. Grafika je na svim svojim područjima doživjela velike pomake, pa tako kad govorimo o npr. grafičkom dizajnu, informatički alati i programi koji danas postoje imaju neslućene mogućnosti, na području repro fotografije pojavila se digitalna fotografija itd. Područje grafičkih strojeva doživjelo je također velike promijene posebno na polju održavanja i dijagnostike. Razvijeni su razni dijagnostički sustavi koji su integrirani u same strojeve, a razvojem komunikacija i brzog interneta došlo je do razvoja daljinske dijagnostike. Ovaj rad bavi se informatičkom podrškom u procesu održavanja grafičkih strojeva, a posebno stavkom daljinske dijagnostike. U prvom poglavlju rada objašnjeni su izbor problema, ciljevi i zadaci ovoga rada. Drugo poglavlje bavi se općenitim postavkama i teorijom vezanom uz održavanje strojnog parka, te je u tom poglavlju i detaljno opisan jedan sustav dijagnostike i održavanja kod tiskarskog offsetnog stroja iz arka. Treće poglavlje obrađuje informatičke alate i podršku održavanju. Govori se o informatičkom managementu u održavanju, Internet servisima logistike, daljinskoj dijagnostici, te je na kraju opisan MAN Rolandov sustav daljinske dijagnostike „TelePresence“

Abstract in english:	Due to the progressive development of new technologies, especially in the field of information technology, there is barely an area of human activity which has remained unaffected in the last fifteen years. Information technology development has particularly influenced improvement in the field of graphics. It has been greatly modified in all its components and if we speak about graphical design, today’s information tools and programmes offer incredible possibilities, whereas the area of repro photography has been enriched by digital photography etc. Graphical equipment has suffered great changes as well, principally in maintenance and diagnostics. Different diagnostic systems integrated in the machines themselves have been developed, and the enhancement of communications and high speed internet enabled the advance in distance diagnostics. This thesis discusses information technology support in the process of maintenance of graphical equipment, with a particular accent on remote diagnostics. The first chapter explains why this issue has been chosen including the aims and goals of the thesis itself. The second chapter deals with general properties and theory related to the maintenance of equipment, hence it includes a detailed description of one diagnostics and maintenance system on the printing offset sheet machine. The third chapter describes information technology tools and maintenance support. It discusses information technology management applied to maintenance, internet logistic services, remote diagnostics, and in the end it brings a description of MAN Roland system of remote diagnostics “TelePresence”.
