Abstract

Tržišni zahtjevi i sve veća konkurentnost, te komercijalna grafička proizvodnja sve više diktiraju trend za što kvalitetnijim proizvodom, a razvoj grafičke tehnologije posljednjih desetljeća to i omogućuje. Danas je ofsetna tehnika tiska zbog svoje velike zastupljenosti najstandardiziranija, a tehnologija toliko razvijena da se grafički proizvod može dovesti do visokog stupnja kvalitete i to u vrlo kratkom roku. U ovom radu spominju se metode koje se koriste pri kontroliranju kvalitete ofsetnog tiska, a u praktičnom dijelu rada uspoređuje se osnovna metoda kontrole punih polja i nešto kompleksnija metoda pomoću rastriranih polja i prirasta RTV-a. U jednoj od vodećih ofsetnih tiskara na arke sakupljeni su uzorci araka koji su sortirani po vrstama papira. Mjerenja su vršena pomoću denzitometra i to samo za crnu boju na punom i rastriranom polju od 70%. Iz dobivenih rezultata izračunat je prirast RTV-a te su svi parametri prikazani pomoću dijagrama na temelju kojih su doneseni određeni zaključci.

Abstract in english:	Market demands, huge competition and commercial graphics production are dictating trends for products of better quality, and progress of graphic technology in last couple of decades make that possible. Standardization of offset lithographic printing technology made it the most common these days, not only because of its wide-spread usage but for its possibility to produce products of high quality. In this work some methods that are used for print quality control are discussed, and in the practical work the basic method for optical density control is compared with some complex methods. The papers for the examination where collected and sorted by the quality in a leading printing house in Croatia. For optical density measuring densitometer has been used but only for the black area with 100% and 70% of optical density. The results were used for the calculation of dot gain and all the parameters where presented in diagrams on which some conclusions were made.
