Abstract

U diplomskom se radu opisuje nastanak i razvoj konceptualne umjetnosti u svijetu i mjesto koje je fotografija zauzela u tom umjetničkom pravcu. Analizira se konceptualni pristup fotografiji u konceptualnoj umjetnosti te rad najistaknutijih konceptualnih umjetnika i fotografa tog umjetničkog razdoblja. Također se analizira razvoj konceptualne fotografije u svijetu kao zasebne grane fotografije te njezin utjecaj na fotografski rad suvremenih konceptualnih fotografa.

Abstract in english:	The thesis describes the origin and development of conceptual art in the world and the place that photography has taken in this art movement. It analyzes the conceptual approach to photography in conceptual art and the work of the foremost conceptual artists and photographers of this art period. It also examines the development of conceptual photography in the world as a separate branch of photography and its impact on the photographic work of contemporary conceptual photographers.
