Abstract
Razvojem društva, a time i tržišta, te posebice razvojem tehnologije, postavlja se zahtjev za automatizacijom procesa u svim segmentima grafičke proizvodnje te distribucije gotovih proizvoda. Poznavanje prometnih zakonitosti i načela transporta, omugućava brz i kvalitetan odgovor zahtjevima za konkuretnošću na tržištu, racionalizacijom troškova transporta i optimizacijom cjelokupnog procesa distribucije. U diplomskom radu bit će simulirana realna situacija u poslovanju jednog grafičkog poduzeća. Uzevši u obzir specifičnu prirodu narudžbe, bit će potrebno provesti kalkulacije i optimizirati troškove prije izrade naručenog posla. Odredivši količine potrebnog repromaterijala i uzevši u obzir geografske lokacije dobavljača u odnosu na lokaciju poduzeća, implementirat će se specijalizirani program WinQSB koji će odrediti optimalnu rutu obilaska dobavljača. Po završetku izrade naručenog posla, a na zahtjev klijenta, bit će potrebno distribuirati gotovi proizvod na točno određene lokacije na relativno velikoj geografskoj udaljenosti. Izračunat će se trošak distribucije jedinice proizvoda te zajedno sa ostalim potrebnim parametrima kapaciteta ishodišta i kapaciteta odredišta unijeti u WinQSB koji koristeći ugrađene matematičke metode izračunavanja najmanjih troškova odrediti optimalan način i trošak distribucije.

Abstract in english: | The development of society, and thus the market, and particularly the development of technology, creates a demand for process automation in all aspects of graphics production and distribution of finished products. Knowledge of traffic laws and principles of transportation, enables a quick and quality response for competitive market requirements, the rationalization of transport costs and optimizing the entire process of distribution. The thesis will be simulated in real business situations in a graphics company. Taking into consideration the specific nature of the orders, it will be necessary to carry out calculations and optimize the cost before making the commissioned work. Having determined the amount of required materials and taking into consideration the geographical location of suppliers in relation to the location of the company, will implement a specialized program WinQSB that will determine the optimal route visiting suppliers. Upon completion of the commissioned work, at the request of the client, it will be necessary to distribute the finished product at specific locations on a relatively large geographical distances. Calculated cost of product unit distribution together with other parameters necessary like origins and destinations capacity, will be inputed into WinQSB that uses the built-in mathematical methods of calculating the least cost to determine the optimum method and cost of distribution. |
