Abstract
Neverbalna komunikacija predstavlja sve dijelove komunikacije koji nisu verbalni, to su na primjer: geste, grimase, ton glasa, način odjevanja, stav, itd. Neverbalna komunikacija može se uklopiti u svijetu dizajna ako želimo bolje procjeniti klijenta za kojeg dizajniramo te također može biti korisna u procesu pregovaranja i uvjeravanja. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti o neverbalnom govoru te naučiti određene principe vezane uz isti. Istražit ću o temi raznom literaturom na temu neverbalnog govora.

| Abstract in english: | Non-verbal communication represents all the parts of communication that are not verbal, for example: gestures, grimaces, tone of voice, way of dressing, attitude, etc. Non-verbal communication can be included in the of world design if we want to better evaluate the client for whom we are designing, and it can also be useful in the process of negotiation and persuasion. The aim of this paper is to research more about nonverbal speech and to learn certain principles related to it. I will research the topic with various literature on the topic of non-verbal speech. |
