Abstract

Sportska fotografija je jedno od najzanimljivijih i najatraktivnijih područja fotografiranja. Podrazumijeva zaustavljanje trenutaka i fotografiranje objekata u pokretu, naglašavanje tih pokreta, akcija, dinamike, emocija, gracioznosti, atraktivnosti sporta i sportaša. Sportska fotografija zasigurno spada pod dokumentarnu, time i novinarsku fotografiju. Osnovni je cilj sportske fotografije vizualno prenijeti sve informacije o sportskim priredbama koje uključuju ne samo trenutke za vrijeme utakmice, nego i trenutke prije utakmice, zbivanja oko sportskih terena, zbivanja u gledalištima, te zbivanja nakon utakmice. Sportski fotoreporteri su umjetnici koji svojom fokusiranošću i koncentracijom tijekom cijelog sportskog događaja, prezentiraju najbolje od sporta kroz svoje spektakularne fotografije.

Abstract in english:	Sports photography is certainly one of the most interesting and most attractive fields of photography. Sports photography implies capturing the moments and shooting movements, highlights those movements, actions, dynamics, emotions, grace, and the attraction of sports and athletes. Sports photography is surely part of the documentary and news photography, and its goal is to transfer all visual information regarding to sports event. That includes, not just action from the field, but moments before the game, action on the stands, and moments after the game. Sports photographers are artist who have tremendous focus and concentration during the whole game, and because of that they present the best of sports with their magnificent photos.
